J<\/strong>ob Description<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for people who are able to communicate effectively with our clients – Amazon sellers. You will be helping our customers reach their goals with our software. You will start off in a customer support position, but may have a chance to launch your own marketing and sales campaigns once you gain an understanding of the market and how to help us grow our business.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Answering customer questions about our product features and pricing<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responding to customers via email and live chat<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Calling customers<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Helping customers set up their account<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Providing excellent service and ensuring high customer satisfaction<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

You must be a Taiwanese citizen to apply for this position. English native fluency is a must. Fluency in other European languages: French, German, Spanish, and Italian is a major plus.<\/p>\n

Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Normal working hours are 9am-6pm M-F. However, many of our clients are located in Europe and North America and it is sometimes necessary to respond to a customer during the evening or on weekends. We are looking for leaders who are willing to put in the extra time to close an important case.<\/p>\n
