About us:
BQool is a cloud-based e-commerce companion for merchants on Amazon Global Marketplaces. We offer a unique suite of e-commerce tools, which helps our clients improve their business on Amazon.
Job Description:
We are looking for people who are able to communicate effectively with our clients – Amazon sellers. You will be helping our customers reach their goals with our software. You will start off in a customer support position, but may have a chance to launch your own marketing and sales campaigns once you gain an understanding of the market and how to help us grow our business.
Duties:
· Answering customer questions about our product features and pricing
· Responding to customers via email and live chat
· Calling customers
· Helping customers set up their account
· Providing excellent service and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
You must be a Taiwanese citizen to apply for this position. English native fluency is a must. Fluency in other European languages: French, German, Spanish, and Italian is a major plus.
Hours:
Normal working hours are 9am-6pm M-F. However, many of our clients are located in Europe and North America and it is sometimes necessary to respond to a customer during the evening or on weekends. We are looking for leaders who are willing to put in the extra time to close an important case.
Pay:
Full-time salary. Negotiable.
