Our client is a Scandinavian computer hardware brand. They make sleek, well designed products for computers such as fans, cases, accessories and mods. They are currently looking for a unique talent to join their marketing team in Taipei.
About the role
- Lead the global marketing team in order to originate and manage creative marketing strategy for the company and its various products
- Train and employ strong marketers with various strengths in order to efficiently achieve annual targets
- Maintain interaction with headquarters in Europe
- Define digital market entry strategy across the globe and implement strategic goals in conjunction with the digital marketing team
- Ensure marketing budget is being spent efficiently and prudently across all areas
- Maximize brand exposure and web traffic to the company website
- Develop e-commerce strategy and increase online sales
- Work with international distributors to allow them to best sell the products in their local markets
About the person
- Ideally, we are looking for someone able to work proficiently in both Western and Asian office cultures. This could potentially be an ex-patriot living in Asia or someone who grew up in the region but has also lived abroad extensively.
- Fluent English and fluent Chinese preferred
- Leadership experience is a must, preferably someone with the experience of leading a large marketing team
- Digital marketing knowledge and ability
- Knowledge of 3C products and industry is preferable
- Intelligent, hard-working and with good entrepreneurial spirit

The company have a global marketing team based in Taipei and are looking to add a senior figure to the office here.
